Appointment Cancellations

We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment time. No shows, cancellations or reschedules less than 12 hours before any appointment will be charged $75.

We practice a strict no refund policy on in-store services, packages and membership dues.

Returns

JECT accepts returns of unused products in their original packaging purchased at any JECT store or our online store (jectnyc.com) for a full refund within 14 days with an original receipt.

Please note that JECT gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Online purchases: 

By mail: Completely fill out the Returns Form that came in your package and ship the form and item(s) back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. JECT is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please send your returns to:

Returns sent to us by mail by the original purchaser will be refunded to the original method of payment. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping fees unless the return was due to a mistake on our part. 

Returns that are either (a) not accompanied by the original order details or (b) received more than 30 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for a JECT gift card in the amount of the original purchase price.

To a JECT store: Bring your return to any JECT store along with a receipt showing the price paid for the product (e.g., a print-out of the email order confirmation). A refund will be submitted on the original method of payment within seven business days. Alternatively you may exchange the product for another product of the same value or request store credit in the form of a JECT gift card.

In-store purchases:

Items may be returned to any JECT location. Bring your return along with the receipt and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment (e.g., on the same card used to pay for the item(s)). Alternatively you may exchange the product for any product of the same value or request store credit in the form of a JECT gift card. You may request a receipt at any time.To a different JECT location: Bring your return along with the receipt.
