Leighanne McGill, PA-C

Leighanne is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with eight years of experience in laser technology, injectables, and skincare. She graduated with honors from Campbell University with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Practice and earned the prestigious Certificate of Added Qualification in Dermatology in 2023 from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Leighanne advocates for collaborative, evidence-based patient care. She stays current with the latest technologies and research to ensure optimal outcomes. Patients consistently praise her thoroughness, dedication to answering questions, and commitment to achieving excellent results.

She is highly skilled in operating Sciton laser devices and administering neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify. Leighanne emphasizes a natural approach with hyaluronic acid injectables and biostimulatory fillers for facial enhancement and volume restoration. Her specialties include treating melasma, hyperpigmentation, and providing skincare education.

A passionate educator, Leighanne is an international speaker on laser technology. She has been featured in The Washington Post, WFMY News 2, and Skincare Hero, and has served as faculty for the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants' “Essentials for Cosmetic Dermatology” training program.

Outside of the office, you can find Leighanne on the Upper West Side with her husband, Andrew and rescue pup, Barnaby. Her family looks forward to welcoming a daughter in the fall of 2024.
