Gabby Garritano

Gabby Garritano founded JECT in 2019 with a vision of creating a modernized and approachable medical aesthetic experience. Considered a thought leader in preventative aesthetics, Gabby’s highly specialized background and training gives her a distinct and unique perspective that has been instrumental in the development, growth and success of JECT.

Gabby is a board-certified Physician Assistant, licensed in California, New York and Florida. After earning a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in Manhattan, Gabby spent more than a decade working alongside New York City’s top plastic surgeons, where she gained extensive experience in aesthetic injectables, skincare, and minimally-invasive procedures. 

Understanding the importance of active involvement within today’s evolving cosmetic and medical landscape, Gabby serves on the Allergan Aesthetics Advisory Board, Evolus Elite Summit and The American Academy of Physician Assistants. Gabby is also an Allergan Medical Institute Trainer and a Medical Affairs Clinician for Evolus. 

Gabby is a true advocate of medical aesthetics being part of a patient’s overall health and well-being. Gabby is a devoted student of yoga and meditation, which has been fundamental to her work and desire to maintain balance in her life. As JECT continues to expand, cultivating a positive environment for medical professionals who are dedicated and passionate about the aesthetic industry will remain a high priority for Gabby.
