Founded in 2019 by CEO and Physician Assistant Gabrielle Garritano, JECT Academy was created to elevate standards in the medical aesthetics industry. As the field rapidly grows, JECT remains committed to safety, expertise, and an exceptional patient experience.
The mission is to help individuals look and feel their best while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficacy. All JECT providers, regardless of experience, are required to complete the JECT Academy training, ensuring consistent quality and superior patient care.

Onboarding Process
JECT Academy’s onboarding focuses on mastering safety protocols and understanding anatomy. Every provider, no matter their background, must demonstrate advanced knowledge in safety and anatomy, including complication management.
A personalized training plan, spanning 8 to 24 weeks, is developed with the guidance of JECT's expert trainers. The onboarding includes proprietary training modules, hands-on experience for all JECT services, and a focus on delivering comprehensive consultations that align with JECT’s values.
Continuing Education
The learning continues beyond onboarding. JECT Academy’s Continuing Education program keeps providers updated on industry advancements while reinforcing essential skills. Monthly journal clubs, vendor-sponsored trainings led by industry experts, aesthetic conferences, and an annual retreat allow providers to stay current with the latest technologies and techniques. The retreat also offers an opportunity to refine protocols and consultation strategies.
